I idagnosed with endometriosis in November 2007, my pain became worse and he now has a transvaginal ultrasound and found a bilateral complex ovarian cyst and the doctor said it was malignant. A close relative was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, but abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation and back pain worse.Tests as barium enema and ultrasound (transvaginal) was not found anything.Eventually revealed ovarian cancer.
