If you signed the documents as a guarantor, the bank will definitely make a game in its application for reinstatement. After the death of his mother, sat the bench the heirs of his property, if any. It is better if you negotiate small / mother with the bank for the payment of contributions.

The Bank has all rights to recover money from you when you signed the documents as a plaintiff or co-borrower. Under the right outside the Bank, any money you owe the bank to recover the loan.

If you have not logged in DOX gurantor capacity, the Bank has the right to recover the money only to a point and not recovered the costs from you. Ideally, establishing a maximum duration of 24 months.

Best is a qualified financial advisor in your area to consult in order to guide you.

In one case, if you then continue to be a guarantor for the Bank, other bank can not take any action against you.
