Grips and dermal anchors are the same. One could say his skin diver lol but sure that the anchor is the best choice. Bars surface are considered temporary because they reject. Divers have nothing in the bottom of them so that they can go easily, as I heard. Dermal anchors are anchored into the ground with holes that can grow through the skin. Every drill, which I've talked to say they are the best option. They have only a rejection of 2% if done properly. That does not mean we can not dismiss, however.
The age depends on where you live, the place I went 16 years without consent, but if in the states of the likely 18th The agreement will obviously be different where you want to go.
